It enables you to live more comfortably in the world, with yourself and with your fellow men; rooted boldly in the present – not trying to escape from reality by living in the past, in the future, or in a fantasy world, built in your own mind, to reduce the pain of existing in the here and now.
Therapists help you discover the route and support you on your journey towards becoming what/who you want to be, without influencing your choice of goal or how you choose to achieve it.
